Terms of service.

These terms apply when you visit themummybox.com, create an account, place an order, or start a subscription. By using the site you agree to them.

You must be 18 or older to place an order. Please keep your account details accurate so we can deliver to you and reach you about your box.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your confirmation email and begin packing. Prices, including delivery, are shown at checkout in the currency displayed.

Checkout and payment are processed by Shopify. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a payment does not complete, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, we will refund you.

Trimester boxes can be bought as a one-off or as a subscription timed to your pregnancy. The first box typically ships within a few days of purchase; later boxes follow the schedule described on Shipping & Returns.

You can skip, pause, or cancel a subscription from your account or by writing to us. Changes need to reach us before a box has been packed. Subscription features on the site are still being completed — until then, email hello@themummybox.com and we will handle it by hand.

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Timing, costs, and what to do if something arrives damaged are set out on our Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.

Unused items can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange, on the conditions described there. Opened skincare can be returned if you have a reaction.

Our due-date, week, name, and birth-plan tools are for general information only. They are not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for care from your midwife, doula, or doctor.

Always speak to a qualified clinician about your pregnancy, labour, or postnatal recovery. If you think you or your baby need urgent help, contact emergency services or your maternity unit.

The writing, images, and design on this site belong to The Mummy Box or our partners. You may not copy them for commercial use without our permission.

If you send us a review, photo, or story, you give us permission to share it in connection with The Mummy Box. You can ask us to take it down by emailing hello@themummybox.com.

We take care packing every box, but we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by the carrier, events outside our control, or information you gave us that was incomplete.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law. For everything else, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

We may update these terms as the shop and subscriptions grow. The date at the top of the page will change when we do. If a change is significant, we will say so on the site.
