Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Subscription boxes ship automatically based on your trimester schedule.

Returns & Exchanges

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love every product in your box. If you're not completely satisfied with any item, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@themummybox.com
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive your prepaid return shipping label via email
  4. Pack the item securely and attach the label
  5. Drop off at any USPS location
  6. Receive your refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the item

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Opened skincare products can be returned if you have a reaction
  • Return shipping is free for all returns
  • Exchanges are processed immediately upon receipt
Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging your items, but sometimes things happen during shipping. If you receive a damaged or missing item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged items or packaging
  • We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost
  • No need to return damaged items
