We want you to love every product in your box. If you're not completely satisfied, return any item within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

We send a prepaid return label to your inbox.
Pack and drop off
Seal the item securely and drop it at any USPS location.
Refund
Your refund lands within 5–7 business days of the item reaching us.
- Items should be unused and in their original packaging.
- Opened skincare can be returned if you have a reaction.
- Return shipping is always free.
- Exchanges are processed the day we receive your item.
Damaged or missing
If something arrives less than perfect.
We take great care packing every box, but sometimes things happen in transit. Here's what to do.
Within 48 hours
Let us know within two days of delivery so we can put it right quickly.
A quick photo
Send a picture of the damaged item or packaging — it helps us improve how we pack.
A replacement, on us
We'll send a replacement straight away at no cost. No need to return the damaged item.
